Which areas does Panadium cover?
We build right across Greater Sydney — from the Eastern Suburbs and Inner West to the North Shore and Hills District. We know the local councils, controls and site constraints, including heritage conservation areas. Tell us your suburb and we’ll confirm.
How do I get a quote?
Send your address, what you’re planning and any plans or photos through the enquiry form, or call us. We review the brief, visit the site by appointment, and resolve the design through a construction lens before pricing — so the scope and the number are clear before you commit.
Do you handle council approvals and engineering?
Yes. Planning and approvals are step two of our process — we work through council controls, structural engineering, certifications and site conditions so the build proceeds cleanly. With deep local knowledge of Sydney councils, we keep approvals moving — heritage or not.
