Quotes and estimates are indicative

Any prices, ranges, timeframes or estimates shown on this site, or generated by the quote wizard, are general guidance only. They are not an offer, and they are not contractual. A binding price and scope is only ever set out in a written, signed building contract following an on-site consultation. The number we quote in that contract is the number that applies — figures on the website are there to help you plan, not to commit either of us.

Imagery may be illustrative

Photographs, renders and before-and-after images on this site may be concept, illustrative or AI-generated examples rather than records of completed work, and are marked as such where that’s the case. They are intended to show a style and standard, not to represent a specific finished project, materials, dimensions or result you will receive. The actual outcome of any project depends on your brief, your property and your signed contract.

We take care to keep the content here accurate and current, but we don’t warrant that everything is complete, error-free or up to date. The site is provided for general information about our services. Where the site links to other websites, those sites are outside our control and we’re not responsible for their content.

This clause is about the website. Our building work is covered separately by your signed contract, the warranties stated there, and the licensing and insurance we hold for that work.
